That would make NewYorkApartments.com worth a million?

And what about BoltonApartments.com :)

@ Tony I was just going to post about that name. If this name sold for $42k, Dave Parkinson's NewYorkApartments.com has to be worth much more. I was at the auction when he bought it. Great investment, and Berkens' sale has to give his name some momentum.

I would rather own newyorkapartmentsforsale for 42k. It is more descriptive some names are just to generic.

newyorkapartments is almost to generic. Geo names are going to triple in value this year. I like this sale for 42k. The name describes exactly what they are doing.

the interesting thing about NewYorkApartments.com is that it can be applied to both the sales and rentals side of the business if monitized properly - whereas you're limited to the FOR SALE side with the same that sold for $42k. And given it's new york, it's the biggest rental (and sale market) in the world.

It looks like the name is for sale again.
