Metal.com came across the Sedo sales tonight. The domain sold for $140,000 which is a nice price for the name. Following in the steps of SSM.com which sold for much less than it did the first time around, Metal.com sold for $165,000 in 2010.

The domain went back to being parked at Sedo.

Personally, I think that price stinks. I would have never sold it for that unless I needed to.
