ProperTees.com fun play on words, competition is high in the tshirt space but could be worth a spec, name is at $50. 9 year old domain.

BookDealFinder.com 5 year old domain Go Daddy values it at $522, Go Daddy estimates traffic of 224 monthly hits. The price is at $255 with 24 bidders.

Vulip.com is at $500 and Go Daddy estimates over 5000 monthly hits, this is probably people looking for VuClip.com. Be careful with this one and know most of the traffic would be hard to monetize for North American monetization channels.

USApps.com 8 year old domain. Price is at $350. USapps is a little too generic imo but some start up might want it.

DiversionMedia.com the price is $304 for the 10 year old domain.

Pigz.com the old using the Z for an S. The 13 year old domain is priced at $455.

StudentGazette.com here is a nice name for someone running a local blog about their school. 12 year old domain.

CollegeChannel.com a lot of development potential for the name. College Comedy site or news site. Video related channel using a You Tube channel for uploading and aggregating content.

iCalled.com I can see this as the name for some voice related product. i Keyword names have done pretty well, have even seen i keyword .net and .org sell for x,xxx.

ClearScreen.com another brandable I see for a product name.

RioDeJaneiroNews.com I like GeoNews names have sold many in .org for the price of $50 to $100 with a few in the mid xxx. This being a .com its certain worth a spec imo.

ToledoHotels.net Geo hotels on the cheap worth a spec.
