I usually don't read namepros thanks, that was a good read.

What has happened is it has become diluted with people willing to sell domains for $20.

Flipping for the short view instead of seeing the big picture.

Development is king now. End users are not willing to pay more then a few hundred for local or small keywords anymore.

End-user's advisor's are now SEO and development firms which would rather see the dollars going to their company for development or SEO instead of domains.

Large corporates will continue to pick up strong keyword domains and pay large premiums for them. Basically, unless you are assisting with development, the market is extremely quiet right now. More TLD's will crush domaining further, the clock has struck midnight.
