DeviledEggs.com sold for $50,000 in a no reserve auction on Flippa. This was a website sale that basically only generated Adsense revenue.

How was the site designed and developed?
DeviledEggs.com sits in the same HTML structure I made for it 7 years ago now, a combination of tables and CSS. I created the site in Dreamweaver with a main site template. The graphics of this site template can all be provided to you, including the original Photoshop files. The chickens in the logo might be an istockphoto file, but I'll check that out.
In the comment section the seller posted this about revenue:
The 24 month income average for this site is $1750 per month.
Please note that Flippa only looks at the last three months to generate the average, and the last three months of income do not include the seasonal variations in traffic this site enjoys.
The domain was registered Dec 2000.

Whats to stop someone from doing radio ad's 3 times a year....getting good stats....and selling based on 3 seasonal spikes?
