Go Daddy moves fast to correct the age glitch in Go Daddy Auctions

Go Daddy Auctions rolled out a new look yesterday and one of the biggest complaints was the age of the expired domain was not in the listing. I tweeted Go Daddy last night and they replied quickly that they would look into it.

Paul Nicks left a comment on our post from yesterday:

Thanks for the feedback all,

Age being left out was an oversight and will be fixed today. We'll also be making the font size on the domain a bit bigger to utilize the additional space better.

Go Daddy got the change made this afternoon and now the age is listed in the auction listing. Thanks to Paul and everyone else at Go Daddy for moving fast.

Thank you for getting on them about that. I only use gda for aged domains, it needed to be there in the listing.

How can Godaddy say that leaving age out was an oversight. If that is true they don't pay to much attention to what they do.

The new auctions interface search feature does not work nearly as well as the old one. Losing the sidebar with search parameters make the setup much less user friendly. No idea the logic of what they are trying to achieve by making search less easy rather than more.

Also, there is a glitch that prevents you from specifying extensions. If you try to select only .com, for instance, it won't save that option and gives you every extension.

It also won't respect number of lines you want displayed. If you choose 500, it won't actually display that.

Extremely annoying. Piece of junk so far, imo.
