Why would someone sell a site for 60k when they are making 50k a year?

Something sounds off.

Martin i agree, something doesnt sound right

Makes 50k and sold for 60k which actually leaves the private owner with less than $50k after taking out all fees and charges involved.

And with a name like Vacation Rental instead of "rentals".

That is self domain name hijacking at its best.

visitors ~ 5K/month and get $50K/year ...is the buyer from another planet ?

I agree VactionRental makes no sense not sure what goes on on Flippa some of the time.
